No KYC

StablePro never asks for your name, ID, address, or phone number. Create a wallet in seconds without handing over personal information.

🔑

No Key Access

Your private keys and recovery phrase never leave your device. We don't store them, we don't see them, and we can't recover them.

📡

No Advertising Tracking

No advertising SDKs, cross-site tracking, or behavioral profiling. Community activity is processed only to operate features you choose to use.

No Data Sales

We will never sell, rent, or trade your data. There is no business model here built on monetizing your wallet activity.

1. What We Don't Collect

StablePro is a non-custodial wallet. That means the following data never touches our servers:

  • Private keys or seed phrases
  • Wallet passwords or biometric data
  • Transaction signing history
  • Names, government IDs, or KYC documents
  • Email addresses or phone numbers (unless you voluntarily join our waitlist)

2. What We Do Collect

To operate the app, community rewards, and support services, we collect a limited set of data:

  • Public addresses — your public wallet address is queried against public blockchains to display your balance. This data is already public on-chain.
  • Crash reports — anonymized error logs to diagnose bugs. No wallet contents, addresses, or keys are included.
  • App version & device type — to serve the correct update and maintain compatibility.
  • Waitlist email — only if you voluntarily submit it on our download page.

3. Aeredium Watcher and Discord Community Rewards

Aeredium Watcher is our Discord integration for the Aeredium Community Program. Participation is optional. If you choose to connect Discord to your wallet-based community profile, Discord provides data to us through OAuth, its API, and Gateway events.

We process and store the following data outside Discord:

  • Account and connection data — your Discord user ID, username, OAuth scopes and expiry, encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens, and the association between your Discord account and wallet-based community profile.
  • Membership and role data — whether you belong to the official Aeredium Discord server and whether you hold the configured verified-member role. We use member update and removal events to maintain reward eligibility.
  • Message activity data — your Discord user ID and the guild, channel, and message IDs; the time of activity; whether the message qualified for a reward; any rejection reason; and the related points event.
  • Content hashes — Aeredium Watcher reads message content transiently to apply the configured minimum-length rule and creates a SHA-256 hash for duplicate prevention, reward integrity, and abuse investigation. We do not retain or log plaintext message content.
  • Reaction check-in data — your Discord user ID, guild, channel, and message IDs, check-in date, eligibility result, and related points event.
  • Operational logs — event types, Discord identifiers, processing outcomes, and error details needed to secure and troubleshoot the service. These logs do not contain plaintext message content.

We use this data only to verify server membership, link accounts, assign the verified-member role, calculate and display community rewards, prevent duplicate awards, enforce cooldowns and reward caps, revoke pending rewards when eligibility ends, investigate abuse, secure the service, and provide support.

Messages from bots, messages outside the configured Aeredium server or eligible channels, and messages from users who have not linked and verified Discord are not eligible for message rewards. We do not use Discord data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or to train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models.

You can avoid this processing by not connecting Discord. If you have connected Discord, you can stop future eligible message tracking by leaving the Aeredium Discord server or by contacting us to unlink your account. You may also request deletion as described in Section 6.

4. Third-Party Services

StablePro integrates a small number of carefully selected third-party services to provide core functionality:

  • Public RPC nodes — to broadcast transactions and read balances from supported blockchains.
  • Blockaid — transaction screening for phishing and malicious contract detection. Transaction data is processed in real time and not retained.
  • Price feeds — aggregated public market data from sources such as CoinGecko.
  • Discord — to authenticate participating users, verify server membership and roles, assign the verified-member role, and receive eligible community activity.
  • Infrastructure and security providers — to host, secure, monitor, and maintain our backend systems and databases.

These providers may process only the data needed to perform their services. Public RPC nodes and blockchain service providers may see your public wallet address when you make a request, the same way a blockchain explorer would. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data or Discord data.

5. Data Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data we process. Discord OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, access to production data is restricted, and data is protected in transit using secure connections. No system is completely secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss.

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant feature, administer and audit community rewards, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal obligations. OAuth connection data is retained while the connection is active or as otherwise needed for these purposes. Discord activity and points records may be retained for the duration of the rewards program and afterward where necessary to preserve reward integrity and meet legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution requirements. When data is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, or request a portable copy. You may contact us at any time to:

  • Remove your email from our waitlist
  • Request deletion of any crash report tied to a device identifier
  • Unlink your Discord account and stop future Discord reward tracking
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible Discord account and activity data
  • Ask questions about how the app handles data

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may retain limited records when required by law or where necessary for security, fraud prevention, reward integrity, accounting, or dispute resolution.

The StablePro mobile app does not use cookies. This website uses only essential cookies required for page functionality. No advertising, tracking, or cross-site cookies are set.

8. Children's Privacy

StablePro is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be announced in-app and on our website before they take effect.

🔒 Privacy by Design

We can't leak what we don't have. StablePro's architecture makes privacy a structural guarantee — not a marketing promise.
